Clinic policy
A 50% prepayment is required to secure all appointments. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations with more than 24 hours notice can be rescheduled or refunded in full.
All appointments require a 50% prepayment at the time of booking. This is taken via the Cliniko booking platform and secures your appointment slot.
Initial assessment: £60 (prepayment £30)
Follow-up appointment: £55 (prepayment £27.50)
We understand that circumstances change. Our policy is as follows:
More than 24 hours notice: Your appointment can be rescheduled at no charge, or your prepayment refunded in full.
Less than 24 hours notice: The prepayment deposit will be forfeited. This is because short-notice cancellations leave appointment slots that cannot be filled at short notice.
Non-attendance without notice: The full appointment fee will be charged.
We handle genuine emergencies on a case-by-case basis. If you have an urgent situation, please contact us directly by phone or email as soon as possible and we will do our best to find a reasonable solution.
If you are running late for your appointment, please let us know. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling at the discretion of the practitioner.
