Osteopath Redditch is a sole practitioner osteopathy clinic operated by Reece Jones, registered with the General Osteopathic Council (GOsC No. 11674). Our clinic address is Faraday Business Centre, Windsor Road, Redditch, Worcestershire, B97 6DJ.

We collect the following personal information:
Your information is used to provide and manage your osteopathic care, communicate with you about appointments, process payments, and comply with our regulatory obligations as a GOsC-registered practitioner.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Clinical records are retained for a minimum of eight years from the date of last treatment, or until age 25 for patients who were minors at the time of treatment, in line with GOsC guidance.
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access your personal data, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion of your data (subject to our legal obligations to retain clinical records), and object to or restrict processing in certain circumstances.

Appointment bookings are managed through Cliniko, a GDPR-compliant practice management platform. Your booking data is processed by Cliniko in accordance with their privacy policy.
